Normal Order Production Time
Unless otherwise noted at the checkout page, Orders are normally verified and shipped within 4 business days from the receipt of your order. Please note that UPS does not pick up packages from our warehouse on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Holiday Orders
Unless otherwise noted at the checkout page, Holiday orders are normally verified and shipped within 72 hours from the receipt of your order. Please note that UPS does not pick up packages from our warehouse on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We strongly suggest that you select express shipping to ensure timely arrival during this period.

Canadian/International Orders
You are responsible for any duty/import taxes for your order. These are fees charged by customs, NOT by bluleaf.com. Duty tariffs can be as high as 40% of your order total. Since we have no control over customs procedures and/or processes at the border, we cannot guarantee delivery dates for these orders either. If you require a guaranteed delivery date or do not wish to incur duty/import taxes, we strongly suggest you DO NOT order from us.

Returns

• All returns must be sent back within 30 days of order receipt.
• Accessories, leather goods, shoes, and underwear are a FINAL SALE. NO exceptions.
• All merchandise must be returned in "new" condition (ie: tags intact, no wear or damage).
• Affix the return shipping label you received with your order and indicate "refund" or "credit". (If nothing is indicated with a return, your bluleaf.com account will be credited - not your card)
• Refunds are issued back to the original card used. NO exceptions.
• You will NOT be credited or refunded for the shipping costs associated with the original order.

"No Tolerance" Fraud Policy

In an effort to protect our customers and aid the FBI along with other authorities in Cyber Crime Prevention, we have developed a sophisticated and powerful ANTI-FRAUD PROGRAM. Our program utilizes the latest in anti-fraud profiling technology which includes Verisign, and eFalcon services. Information received - voluntarily and involuntarily - during fraudulent or suspicious credit card activity is tracked and stored in our database. Geographical, habitual, and other profile information is then analyzed by sophisticated software in a multitude of ways. The information processed which relates to fraudulent activity is used to prevent further criminal acts as well as aid authorities in the apprehension of criminals.

On-Order Status Policy

From time to time, certain high demand items may be available for purchase but delayed in shipment; as it may be advisable to reserve certain limited edition items. These orders will be accepted, credit cards will be authorized (not yet charged), and an email will be sent alerting the status of your order. Item will be shipped immediately upon arrival and credit card will be processed. Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment by emailing us with your Order Invoice Number.
 
Ordering By Money Order/Bank Draft
Please contact us at Order Care with the items you would like to order and your shipping address. We will then respond with the exact total you will need to send for the items including tax, shipping and handling, etc. The payment can then be mailed to:
